Complete the online booking form and pay for your UK tours in full – or a 30% deposit for your overseas tours – swiftly and securely online using your bank card or PayPal. You will need to register as a Wildtracks Traveller, which provides you with your own Wildtracks Travel dashboard, where bookings and payments can be tracked and tour information can be accessed.
Alternatively you can download a copy of the booking form and post or email it to us. You can either enclose a cheque for your deposit (payable to Wildtracks Travel Ltd) or, on receipt of your form, we will send details of how to make payment by bank transfer. We will hold your booking for 10 working days pending payment of your deposit.
Once you have made your booking and paid the full amount or deposit you will receive an email receipt from Wildtracks Travel. You will further receive a confirmation email approving your booking and place on the tour, and for overseas tours Wildtracks will send instructions for booking flights. Please do not book flights until confirmation and instructions have been received.
All of this information will also be available in your Wildtracks dashboard, which you can log into at any time.
The remaining balance for your tour is due two months before departure. Wildtracks Travel will notify you when this payment is due and you may use the same method for paying the balance, including online payments which can be made through your Wildtracks dashboard.
If you are reserving a place within 3 months of departure, the entire cost of the trip is payable at the time of booking.
All money paid to Wildtracks is protected under the Package Tour Operator Regulations. This means that in the unlikely event of Wildtracks Travel going into insolvency before you have enjoyed your holiday you will be entitled to claim a refund. If we were to become insolvent whilst you are abroad then you will either be repatriated or will be able to submit a claim for out-of-pocket expenses.
